Programming Chit Chat By Brooke Richartz, CVSHRM VP of Programming As we start to enjoy the warmer weather and all the new blossoms that come with it, we can also look forward to some upcoming programming to help grow our own professional development. To reflect, the April HR conference in April included many hot topics regarding recruiting and the Leadercast Live experience had some amazing speakers that challenged us to up our game and become the leaders we were meant to be! This past week we had Sarah Stokes, from The Juicy Good Life and Stokes + Herzog, who took us through tips and tricks on how to Build Success and Keep Your Sanity. We could all use these tips as we take on more and more each year with the stressors of life in general and busy careers! We have some social events in July and then we bounce back to putting on our leadership hats to learn about Collaborative Leadership and how that can help us be better HR leaders in August. To look further out, we will have our 2nd Legal event of the year in September and our Membership appreciation party in October! We look forward to this event every year, as it sets the stage for what YOU, our members, would like to see for the future of CVSHRM.
