2019 Fall Legal Update: Fall Leaves ... and Pregnancy Leaves, Long-term Leaves, and Those Other Leaves That You Have No Idea What to Call.

This 90-minute program will include an update on the major legislative and regulatory developments of the year, summaries of the federal and state court decisions with the biggest impact on human resources practices, and a peek ahead into major pending cases. As with the past few legal updates, we will have a few break out sessions to discuss various factual scenarios and allow you to play judge or jury. This program’s scenarios will all feature tricky leave situations, including a fall or two. The season of fall is nearly here, so expect some autumn-themed fun and maybe a prize or two.
