About Holly:
Holly Hakes is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She is the Executive Director of REALiving, a local company that offers a nationwide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to more than 13,000 participating employees. REALiving EAP has re-framed the paradigm of employees supports, resulting in improved utilization and powerful employer partnerships. Holly has a master's degree in counseling from the University of Wisconsin- Stout and a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She brings a diverse background of personal and professional experiences to the table fueling her passion for employee well-being. Holly lives in Chippewa Falls, WI and has been married to a law enforcement officer for 28 years. Sgt. Lee Hakes of the University of Wisconsin- Stout Police Department has 25 years of law enforcement experience. Holly and Lee have three children aged 21, 18 and 16.
