August Meeting - Collaborative Leadership with Jason Stingl from Festival Foods
Our Collaborative Leadership Topics:
Pareto’s Principle – we will discuss the importance of learning how you can maximize your impact and influence by prioritizing your leadership actions.
The Decision Frame – great companies are separated by two key things, how they make decisions and how they solve problems. The decision frame will give us an outline for both.
About Jason:
I attended Holmen High School and went on to UW - Eau Claire for Business Management from 2001 to 2006. I started with Festival in 2000 and have worked in a variety of roles including Front end, Frozen/Dairy manager, Liquor Manager, Assistant Store Director, Store Director and most recently Wine and Spirits Director. I have a passion for leadership development and have instructed at the Wisconsin Grocers Association Leadership Institute the past 3 years. My involvement in Collaborative Leadership began in 2016 when I was introduced to Dr. Fred Johnson through his Leadership Transformation Program. After an intensive 9 week course I was able to continue to develop my skills as a trainer for our program here at Festival Foods.
I was a Jim Hunter Servant Leadership Award winner in 2014, and in 2019 I was awarded the Excellence in Operations Award from the WGA.
